Executive Summary & Key Takeaways

**Summary:** Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/977 of 4 April 2018 addresses a correction to the Bulgarian language version of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/653. Regulation (EU) 2017/653 supplements Regulation (EU) No 1286/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on key information documents for packaged retail and insurance-based investment products (PRIIPs) by establishing regulatory technical standards concerning the presentation, content, review, and revision of key information documents, and the conditions for providing them. The correction pertains to an error in Annex II, Part 2, point 51 of the Bulgarian language version of Regulation (EU) 2017/653, specifically related to the number of classes by which the CRM (Credit Risk Management) are increased. This regulation stipulates that the other language versions are unaffected and enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. The Regulation is binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
