**Summary:**
Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/1675 of 26 June 2023 addresses errors found in the German and Lithuanian language versions of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/1958. Regulation (EU) 2021/1958 supplements Regulation (EU) 2019/2144 of the European Parliament and of the Council, which concerns type-approval requirements for motor vehicles regarding general safety, protection of vehicle occupants and vulnerable road users. Specifically, the correction pertains to point 5.1 of Annex I of Regulation (EU) 2021/1958, concerning the field of vision of the observation sensor for intelligent speed assistance (ISA) systems. The error affects the substance of the provision. This correcting regulation, (EU) 2023/1675, stipulates that the German and Lithuanian language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/1958 will be corrected accordingly. The regulation entered into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union on 1 September 2023 and is binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
