Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2024/382 23.1.2024 COMMISSION DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2024/382 of 18 October 2023 correcting the Swedish language version of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 231/2013 supplementing Directive 2011/61/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to exemptions, general operating conditions, depositaries, leverage, transparency and supervision (Text with EEA relevance) THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Directive 2011/61/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 on Alternative Investment Fund Managers and amending Directives 2003/41/EC and 2009/65/EC and Regulations (EC) No 1060/2009 and (EU) No 1095/2010(1), and in particular Article 14(4) and Article 19(11) thereof, Whereas: (1) The Swedish language version of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 231/2013(2) contains errors in Article 7, second subparagraph, point (a), Article 31(1), first subparagraph, first sentence, and Article 32 that alter the meaning of the provisions. (2) The Swedish language version of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 231/2013 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 (Does not concern the English language) Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
