THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,
Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic
production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007(1), and in particular
Article 10(6), Article 14(3), Article 15(3), Article 16(3), Article 17(3) and Article 26(7), point (d), thereof,
Whereas:
(1) The Croatian language version of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/464(2)contains an error in the
title as regards the retroactive recognition of periods for the purpose of conversion to the organic production
method and errors in Article 26(1) to (7), since the Croatian language version refers to the date of entry into force
instead of the date of application of that Implementing Regulation.
(2) The Croatian language version of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/464 should therefore be corrected
accordingly. The other language versions are not affected.
(3) The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Committee on Organic
Production,
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the
European Union.
