Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/733 of 12 May 2022 correcting certain language versions of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/983 imposing a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of aluminium converter foil originating in the People’s Republic of China and of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2170 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of aluminium converter foil originating in the People’s Republic of China
This Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/733, enacted on May 12, 2022, addresses errors found in the Czech and Hungarian language versions of two prior regulations concerning anti-dumping duties on aluminium converter foil imports from the People's Republic of China. Specifically, it corrects errors within Article 1(1) of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/983, which imposed a provisional anti-dumping duty, and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2170, which imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty. The identified errors altered the meaning of the text in the Czech and Hungarian versions. The regulation stipulates that the corrections apply only to the Czech and Hungarian language versions of the aforementioned regulations. This regulation entered into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,
Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2016/1036 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2016on protection
against dumped imports from countries not members of the European Union(1), and in particular Article 7 and Article 9(4)
thereof,
Whereas:
(1) The Czech and Hungarian language versions of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/983(2)contain an
error in Article 1(1) that alters the meaning of the text.
(2) The Czech and Hungarian language versions of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2170(3)contain
the same error in Article 1(1).
(3) The Czech language version of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2170 and Hungarian language version of
Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/983 contain an additional error in Article 1(1).
(4) The Czech and Hungarian language versions of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/983 and of Implementing
Regulation (EU) 2021/2170 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected,
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the
European Union.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
