**Summary:**
Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/214, dated January 26, 2023, approves non-minor amendments to the product specification for "Hofer Rindfleischwurst," a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) registered under Commission Regulation (EU) No 91/2011. This regulation follows the examination of Germany's application for amendment approval, as per Article 53(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1151/2012. The amendment application was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJ C 346, 9.9.2022, p. 12) because the changes were deemed non-minor under Article 53(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1151/2012. As no objections were received during the stipulated period under Article 51 of Regulation (EU) No 1151/2012, the amendments are approved. The regulation, which is binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States, entered into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
