**Summary:**
Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/666 of 16 March 2023, published in the Official Journal of the European Union L 841 on 23 March 2023, formally registers "Olio Campania" as a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). This regulation follows Italy's application for registration, which was previously published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJ C 448, 25.11.2022, p. 39). As no objections were received during the stipulated period, the Commission has approved the registration. The designated product falls under Class 1.5, encompassing oils and fats (butter, margarine, oil, etc.) as defined in Annex XI to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 668/2014. The regulation came into force on the twentieth day following its publication. The act was done in Brussels. On behalf of the Commission, Janusz Wojciechowski, Member of the Commission.
