Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2024/194 9.1.2024 COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2024/194 of 8 January 2024 correcting certain language versions of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/129 laying down rules for types of intervention concerning oilseeds, cotton and by-products of wine making under Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 of the European Parliament and of the Council and for the information, publicity and visibility requirements relating to Union support and the CAP Strategic Plans THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 2 December 2021 establishing rules on support for strategic plans to be drawn up by Member States under the common agricultural policy (CAP Strategic Plans) and financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and repealing Regulations (EU) No 1305/2013 and (EU) No 1307/2013(1), and in particular Article 123(5) thereof,
Whereas:
(1) The Hungarian and Polish language versions of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/129(2)contain in point 2, first paragraph, point (e) of Annex III an error that changes the scope of operations falling under the visibility requirement set out in that provision.
(2) The Hungarian and Polish language versions of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/129 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected.
(3) The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Common Agricultural Policy Committee, delivered prior to the adoption of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/129,
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
Article 1 (does not concern the English language) Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
