Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2025/1419 18.7.2025 COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION(EU) 2025/1419 of 17 July 2025 amending Implementing Regulations (EU) 2020/148, (EU) 2021/2094 and (EU) 2023/1172 as regards the name of the holder of the authorisation for feed additives (Text with EEA relevance) THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 September 2003 on additives for use in animal nutrition(1), and in particular Article 13(3) thereof, Whereas: (1) Decoquinate (Deccox and Avi-Deccox 60G), robenidine hydrochloride (Robenz 66G) and a preparation of lasalocid A sodium (Avatec 150 G) were authorised as feed additives (‘feed additives concerned’) by Commission Implementing Regulations (EU) 2020/148(2), (EU) 2021/2094(3)and (EU) 2023/1172(4). (2) The holder of the authorisations for the feed additives concerned, Zoetis Belgium S.A., has submitted an application in accordance with Article 13(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 proposing to change the name of the holder of the authorisations for the feed additives concerned to Phibro Animal Health SA. (3) The proposed change of the terms of the authorisations is purely administrative in nature and does not entail a new assessment of the feed additives concerned. The European Food Safety Authority was informed of the application. (4) To allow Phibro Animal Health SA to exploit its marketing rights, it is necessary to change the terms of the authorisations concerned. (5) Implementing Regulations (EU) 2020/148, (EU) 2021/2094 and (EU) 2023/1172 should therefore be amended accordingly. (6) Since safety reasons do not require the immediate application of the amendments made by this Implementing Regulation, it is appropriate to allow a transitional period during which existing stocks of the feed additives concerned may be used up.
