Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2024/323 22.1.2024 COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2024/323 of 19 January 2024 correcting the Czech language version of Regulation (EU) 2022/720 on the application of Article 101(3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to categories of vertical agreements and concerted practices (Text with EEA relevance) THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Regulation No 19/65/EEC of the Council of 2 March 1965 on the application of Article 85(3) of the Treaty to certain categories of agreements and concerted practices(1), and in particular Article 1 thereof, After consulting the Advisory Committee on Restrictive Practices and Dominant Positions that delivered its opinion prior to the adoption of Commission Regulation (EU) 2022/720(2), Whereas: (1) The Czech language version of Regulation (EU) 2022/720 contains errors in Article 1(1), points (d), (i) and (k), that narrow the meaning of the terms defined in those provisions. (2) The Czech language version of Regulation (EU) 2022/720 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 (Does not concern the English language.) Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
