**Summary:** Council Decision (CFSP) 2023/2787, adopted on December 8, 2023, amends Council Decision (CFSP) 2020/732, extending support for the UN Secretary-General's Mechanism for Investigation of Alleged Use of Chemical and Biological or Toxin Weapons. The decision has no financial implications. Article 5, paragraph 2 of Decision CFSP 2020/732 is amended to reflect the new expiration date.
