COUNCIL DECISION (CFSP) 2024/2075
of 26 July 2024
amending Decision 2010/413/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against Iran
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,
Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,
Whereas:
(1) On 26 July 2010, the Council adopted Decision 2010/413/CFSP (1).
(2) In accordance with Articles 26(1) and (3) of Decision 2010/413/CFSP, the Council has reviewed the list of designated
persons and entities set out in Annexes II and V to that Decision.
(3) The Council has concluded that the entries concerning two persons and four entities designated in Annex II to
Decision 2010/413/CFSP should be removed from that Annex. The restrictive measures against all other persons
and entities in the list set out in Annex II to Decision 2010/413/CFSP should be maintained, insofar as their names
are not mentioned in Annex VI to that Decision, and 56 entries included in Annex II should be updated. Moreover,
all entries in Annex V to that Decision should be deleted.
(4) Decision 2010/413/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
Annexes II and V to Decision 2010/413/CFSP are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.
Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

(1) entries 13 (concerning Anis NACCACHE) and 14 (concerning Brigadier-General Mohammad NADERI) in the list headed ‘I. Persons and entities involved in nuclear or ballistic missile
