Council Decision (CFSP) 2026/1399 of 22 June 2026 amending Decision (CFSP) 2024/1472 on a European Union Diplomatic Academy

Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2026/1399 23.6.2026 COUNCIL DECISION (CFSP) 2026/1399 of 22 June 2026 amending Decision (CFSP) 2024/1472 on a European Union Diplomatic Academy THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 28(1) thereof, Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Whereas: (1) On 21 May 2024, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2024/1472(1)on a European Union Diplomatic Academy. (2) On 5 June 2025, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2025/1158(2) amending Decision (CFSP) 2024/1472. (3) A new financial reference amount for the period from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 should be established. (4) Decision (CFSP) 2024/1472 should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 Article 11(1) of Decision (CFSP) 2024/1472 is replaced by the following: ‘1. The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure of the training programme during the period from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025 shall be EUR 1 720 432,62. The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure of the training programme during the period from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 shall be EUR 1 702 807,39. The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure of the training programme during the period from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 shall be EUR 1 605 444,39.’.
