Whereas:
(1) The term of office of Mr Klaus-Heiner LEHNE is due to expire on 28 February 2026.
(2) A member should therefore be appointed to the Court of Auditors,
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1 Mr Daniel CASPARY is hereby appointed as a member of the Court of Auditors for the period from 1 March 2026 to 29 February 2032.
Article 2 This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
