Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2024/2663 9.10.2024 COUNCIL IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2024/2663 of 8 October 2024 implementing Regulation (EU) No 101/2011 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Tunisia THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Council Regulation (EU) No 101/2011 of 4 February 2011 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Tunisia (1), and in particular Article 12 thereof, Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Whereas: (1) On 4 February 2011, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 101/2011. (2) On the basis of a review by the Council, the entries for two persons and the information regarding their rights of defence and their right to effective judicial protection should be deleted. (3) Regulation (EU) No 101/2011 should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 101/2011 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation. Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
