1. Grants the Director of the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency discharge in respect
of the implementation of the Agency’s budget for the financial year 2023;
2. Sets out its observations in the resolution forming an integral part of the decisions on discharge in respect of the
implementation of the general budget of the European Union for the financial year 2023, Section III – Commission,
executive agencies and the ninth, tenth and eleventh European Development Funds;
3. Instructs its President to forward this decision, the decision on discharge in respect of the implementation of the
general budget of the European Union for the financial year 2023, Section III – Commission and the resolution
forming an integral part of those decisions, to the Director of the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment
