Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 109/2026 of 20 March 2026 amending Annex XXI (Statistics) to the EEA Agreement [2026/1301]

Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2026/1301 25.6.2026 DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEENo 109/2026 of 20 March 2026 amending Annex XXI (Statistics) to the EEA Agreement [2026/1301] THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/1999 of 6 October 2025 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1700 of the European Parliament and of the Council by establishing a multiannual rolling planning for the period 2029-2036(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2030 of 9 October 2025 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1700 of the European Parliament and of the Council by specifying the number and the title of the eight-yearly variables on work organisation and working time arrangements and on accidents at work and work-related health problems in the labour force domain(2)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (3) Annex XXI to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 The following points are inserted after point 18qzp (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2001) of Annex XXI to the EEA Agreement: ‘18qzq. 32025 R 1999: Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/1999 of 6 October 2025 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1700 of the European Parliament and of the Council by establishing a multiannual rolling planning for the period 2029-2036 (OJ L, 2025/1999, 22.12.2025). 18qzr. 32025 R 2030: Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2030 of 9 October 2025 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1700 of the European Parliament and of the Council by specifying the number and the title of the eight-yearly variables on work organisation and working time arrangements and on accidents at work and work-related health problems in the labour force domain (OJ L, 2025/2030, 22.12.2025).’ Article 2 The texts of Delegated Regulations (EU) 2025/1999 and (EU) 2025/2030 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic. Article 3 This Decision shall enter into force on 21 March 2026, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made(*).
