Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2025/1817 2.10.2025 DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEENo 119/2025 of 13 June 2025 amending Annex I (Veterinary and phytosanitary matters) to the EEA Agreement [2025/1817] THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/127 of 27 January 2025 correcting certain language versions of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/808 on the performance of analytical methods for residues of pharmacologically active substances used in food-producing animals and on the interpretation of results as well as on the methods to be used for sampling(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/328 of 19 February 2025 amending Annex VIII to Regulation (EC) No 999/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the approval of the negligible risk status for classical scrapie of Slovenia(2)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (3) Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/403 of 28 February 2025 amending the Annexes to Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/260 as regards the approval of certain national measures designed to limit the impact of certain diseases of aquatic animals and as regards the list of species which are susceptible to those diseases(3) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (4) This Decision concerns legislation regarding veterinary matters. Legislation regarding feedingstuffs shall not apply to Liechtenstein as long as the application of the Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation on trade in agricultural products is extended to Liechtenstein, as specified in the sectoral adaptations to Annex I to the EEA Agreement. This Decision is therefore not to apply to Liechtenstein. (5) Annex I to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 Chapter I of Annex I to the EEA Agreement is amended as follows: 1.
