**Executive Summary**
This is a Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 122/2025, dated 13 June 2025, amending Annex I (Veterinary and phytosanitary matters) to the EEA Agreement. The decision incorporates several Commission Implementing Regulations (EU) concerning feed additives into the EEA Agreement and repeals some existing regulations. * A series of Commission Implementing Regulations (EU), all issued in January and February 2025, are incorporated into the EEA Agreement. These regulations concern the authorisation, renewal, and correction of various feed additives for different animal species.
* The feed additives include preparations of 6-phytase, L-isoleucine, Enterococcus lactis, Levilactobacillus brevis, omicha tincture, ginseng tincture, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, microcrystalline cellulose, Pediococcus pentosaceus, L-threonine, muramidase, Limosilactobacillus fermentum, Saccharomyces cerevisiae DBVPG 48 SF, L-tryptophan and endo-1,4-beta-xylanase.
* **Amendment of Existing Regulations:**
* Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/53 is amended regarding the maximum content of nonanoic acid in complete feedingstuff.
* Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/901 is corrected to correct the chemical formula of riboflavin 5'-phosphate monosodium salt.
* Regulation (EC) No 316/2003 is amended concerning the authorisation of a preparation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNCM I-4407 as a feed additive for cattle for fattening.
* **Repeal of Existing Regulations:**
* A series of Commission Implementing Regulations are repealed, as they are superseded by the new regulations being incorporated. These include Regulations (EU) No 797/2013, No 838/2012, No 84/2014, Regulation (EC) No 1087/2009, and Regulation (EU) No 389/2011.
