Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2026/1501 23.7.2026 DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEENo 133/2026 of 30 April 2026 amending Annex II (Technical regulations, standards, testing and certification) to the EEA Agreement [2026/1501] THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2272 of 12 November 2025 renewing the approval of the active substance gibberellins as a low-risk active substance in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council and amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011(1) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2313 of 17 November 2025 renewing the approval of the active substance gibberellic acid as a low-risk active substance in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council and amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011(2) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (3) Annex II to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 Chapter XV of Annex II to the EEA Agreement is amended as follows: 1. The following indents are added in point 13a (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011): ‘— 32025 R 2272: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2272 of 12 November 2025 (OJ L, 2025/2272, 13.11.2025), — 32025 R 2313: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2313 of 17 November 2025 (OJ L, 2025/2313, 18.11.2025).’ 2. The following points are inserted after point 13zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzo (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2068): ‘13zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzp. 32025 R 2272: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2272 of 12 November 2025 renewing the approval of the active substance gibberellins as a low-risk active substance in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council and amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011 (OJ L, 2025/2272, 13.11.2025). 13zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzq. 32025 R 2313: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2313 of 17 November 2025 renewing the approval of the active substance gibberellic acid as a low-risk active substance in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council and amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011 (OJ L, 2025/2313, 18.11.2025).’ (1) OJ L, 2025/2272, 13.11.2025, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg_impl/2025/2272/oj. Article 3 This Decision shall enter into force on 1 May 2026, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made(*).
