Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2023/2553 30.11.2023 DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 156/2023 of 13 June 2023 amending Annex IX (Financial services) to the EEA Agreement [2023/2553] THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2365 of 2 December 2022amending the implementing technical standards laid down in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1801 as regards the mapping tables correspondence of credit assessments of external credit assessment institutions for securitisation in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) Annex IX to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 The following is added in point 14azd (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1801) of Annex IX to the EEA Agreement: ‘, as amended by: — 32022 R 2365: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2365 of 2 December 2022(OJ L 312, 5.12.2022, p. 101).’ Article 2 The text of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2365 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic. Article 3 This Decision shall enter into force on 14 June 2023, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made*.
