Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 167/2026 of 5 June 2026 amending Annex II (Technical regulations, standards, testing and certification) to the EEA Agreement [2026/2014]

Whereas:

(1) Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2026/334 of 13 February 2026 amending Decision 2008/911/EC establishing a list of herbal substances, preparations and combinations thereof for use in traditional herbal medicinal products with regards to Foeniculum vulgare(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.

(2) Annex II to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly,

HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1 The following indent is added in point 15zl (Commission Decision 2008/911/EC) of Chapter XIII of Annex II to the EEA

Agreement: ‘— 32026 D 0334: Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2026/334 of 13 February 2026 (OJ L, 2026/334,

17.2.2026).’ Article 2 The text of Implementing Decision (EU) 2026/334 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.

Article 3 This Decision shall enter into force on 6 June 2026, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made(*).

Article 4 This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.
