THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98
thereof,
Whereas:
(1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/630 of 31 March 2025 concerning the authorisation of geranium
rose essential oil from Pelargonium graveolens L‘Hér., eucalyptus essential oil from Eucalyptus globulus Labill. and
lemongrass essential oil from Cymbopogon flexuosus (Nees ex Steud.) Will. Watson as feed additives for all animal
species(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(2) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/634 of 1 April 2025 concerning the authorisation of L-arginine
produced with Escherichia coliCGMCC 7.401 as a feed additive for all animal species(2)is to be incorporated into the
EEA Agreement.
(3) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/647 of 2 April 2025 amending and correcting Implementing
Regulation (EU) 2019/913 and correcting Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1471 concerning the authorisation
of lanthanum carbonate octahydrate, respectively with identification numbers 4d1 and 4d23, as feed additives for
cats(3)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(4) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/714 of 10 April 2025 concerning the authorisation of indigo
carmine as a feed additive for cats, dogs and ornamental fish(4)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(5) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/708 of 11 April 2025 concerning the authorisation of sodium
ferrocyanide and potassium ferrocyanide as feed additives for all animal species and repealing Regulation (EC)
No 1810/2005(5)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(6) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/720 of 15 April 2025 concerning the authorisation of a
preparation of Lentilactobacillus buchneriDSM 32651 as a feed additive for all animal species(6)is to be incorporated
into the EEA Agreement.
(7) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/752 of 16 April 2025 concerning the renewal of the authorisation
of L-tyrosine as a feed additive for all animal species and repealing Implementing Regulation (EU) No 101/2014(7)is
to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(8) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/756 of 16 April 2025 concerning the authorisation of L-valine
produced with Escherichia coliCGMCC 22721 as a feed additive for all animal species(8)is to be incorporated into the
EEA Agreement.
(9) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/782 of 23 April 2025 amending Regulation (EC) No 152/2009 as
regards the determination of carbonates in feed(9)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(10) Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/708 repeals Regulation (EC) No 1810/2005(10), which is incorporated into the
EEA Agreement and which is consequently to be repealed under the EEA Agreement.

(11) Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/752 repeals Implementing Regulation (EU) No 101/2014(11), which is
incorporated into the EEA Agreement and which is consequently to be repealed under the EEA Agreement.
(12) This Decision concerns legislation regarding feedingstuffs. Legislation regarding feedingstuffs shall not apply to
Liechtenstein as long as the application of the Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss
Confederation on trade in agricultural products is extended to Liechtenstein, as specified in the sectoral adaptations
to Annex I to the EEA Agreement. This Decision is therefore not to apply to Liechtenstein.
(13) Annex I to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly,
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
Chapter II of Annex I to the EEA Agreement is amended as follows:
1. The following indent is added in point 31o (Commission Regulation (EC) No 152/2009):
‘— 32025 R 0782: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/782 of 23 April 2025 (OJ L, 2025/782,
24.4.2025).’
2. The following is added in points 296 (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/913) and 471 (Commission
Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1471):

3. The following points are inserted after point 650 (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/359):

656. 32025 R 0752: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/752 of 16 April 2025 concerning the
renewal of the authorisation of L-tyrosine as a feed additive for all animal species and repealing
Implementing Regulation (EU) No 101/2014 (OJ L, 2025/752, 22.4.2025).
657. 32025 R 0756: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/756 of 16 April 2025 concerning the
authorisation of L-valine produced with Escherichia coli CGMCC 22721 as a feed additive for all animal

published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on 20 September 2025, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the
EEA Agreement have been made(*).
Article 4
This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European
Union.
