THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98
thereof,
Whereas:
(1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/96 of 21 January 2025 approving the basic substance Vitis vinifera
L. seed extract (grape seed extract) in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament
and of the Council, and amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011(1) is to be
incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(2) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/99 of 21 January 2025 amending Implementing Regulation (EU)
No 540/2011 as regards the extension of the approval periods of the active substances Aureobasidium pullulans
(strains DSM 14940 and DSM 14941), Bacillus amyloliquefaciens subsp. plantarum D747, benalaxyl-M, cyprodinil,
dichlorprop-P, formetanate, fosetyl, halosulfuron-methyl, imazamox, milbemectin, phenmedipham, pirimicarb,
Pseudomonas sp. strain DSMZ 13134, pyrimethanil, pyriofenone, pyroxsulam, spinosad, sulphur, Trichoderma
harzianumRifai strains T-22 and ITEM 908, Trichoderma asperellum(formerly T. harzianum) strains ICC012, T-25 and
TV-1, Trichoderma atroviride(formerly T. harzianum) strain T11, Trichoderma gamsii(formerly T. viride) strain ICC080,
triticonazole and ziram(2)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(3) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/102 of 21 January 2025 approving the active substance Pythium
oligandrumB301 in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council
and amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011(3) is to be incorporated into the EEA
Agreement.
(4) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/103 of 22 January 2025 approving the active substance
Betabaculovirus phoperculellaeas a low-risk active substance in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the
European Parliament and of the Council and amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011(4)
is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(5) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/106 of 22 January 2025 approving the active substance Bacillus
subtilis strain RTI477 as a low-risk active substance in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the
European Parliament and of the Council, and amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU)
No 540/2011(5)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(6) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/109 of 22 January 2025 approving the active substance Bacillus
velezensis strain RTI301 as a low-risk active substance in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the
European Parliament and of the Council and amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011(6)
is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.

(7) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/119 of 24 January 2025 amending Implementing Regulation (EU)
No 540/2011 as regards the conditions of approval of the low-risk active substance aqueous extract from the
germinated seeds of sweet Lupinus albus(7)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(8) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/150 of 29 January 2025 renewing the approval of the active
substance mepiquat chloride in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of
the Council, and amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011(8)is to be incorporated into
the EEA Agreement.
(9) Annex II to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly,
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
Chapter XV of Annex II to the EEA Agreement is amended as follows:

Article 2
The texts of Implementing Regulations (EU) 2025/96, (EU) 2025/99, (EU) 2025/102, (EU) 2025/103, (EU) 2025/106,
(EU) 2025/109, (EU) 2025/119 and (EU) 2025/150 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA
Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on 20 September 2025, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the
EEA Agreement have been made(*).
Article 4
This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European
Union.
