Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2026/206 12.2.2026 DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEENo 245/2025 of 24 October 2025 amending Annex IX (Financial services) to the EEA Agreement [2026/206] THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/1140 of 27 February 2025 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards specifying records to be kept of all crypto-asset services, activities, orders and transactions undertaken(1) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/1141 of 27 February 2025 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards regulatory technical standards specifying the requirements for policies and procedures on conflicts of interest for issuers of asset-referenced tokens(2)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (3) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/306 of 31 October 2024 laying down implementing technical standards for the application of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to standard forms, templates and procedures for the information to be included in the application for authorisation as a crypto-asset service provider(3)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
