L 164/58 EN Official Journal of the European Union 29.6.2023 DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 323/2022 of 9 December 2022 amending Annex VII (Recognition of professional qualifications) to the EEA Agreement [2023/1265] THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/907 of 14 March 2019establishing a Common Training Test for ski instructors under Article 49b of Directive 2005/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the recognition of the professional qualifications(1), as corrected by OJ L 38, 11.2.2020, p. 39, is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) Annex VII to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 The following point is inserted after point 1c (Directive (EU) 2018/958 of the European Parliament and of the Council) of Annex VII to the EEA Agreement: ‘1d. 32019 R 0907: Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/907 of 14 March 2019 establishing a Common Training Test for ski instructors under Article 49b of Directive 2005/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the recognition of the professional qualifications (OJ L 145, 4.6.2019, p. 7), as corrected by OJ L 38, 11.2.2020, p. 39.’ Article 2 The text of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/907, as corrected by OJ L 38, 11.2.2020, p. 39, in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic. Article 3 This Decision shall enter into force on 10 December 2022, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made*.
