Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2026/936 21.5.2026 DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEENo 6/2026 of 6 February 2026 amending Annex I (Veterinary and phytosanitary matters) to the EEA Agreement [2026/936] THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1776 of 8 September 2025 concerning the authorisation of a preparation of Bifidobacterium longum CNCM I-5642 as a feed additive for dogs (holder of authorisation: Nestlé Enterprises S.A. – Division Nestlé Purina Petcare Europe represented in the EU by Centres de Recherche et Développement Nestlé S.A.S)(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1782 of 9 September 2025 concerning the authorisation of a preparation of chromium chelate of DL-methionine as a feed additive for salmonids (holder of authorisation: Zinpro Animal Nutrition Europe, Inc.)(2)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (3) This Decision concerns legislation regarding feedingstuffs. Legislation regarding feedingstuffs shall not apply to Liechtenstein as long as the application of the Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation on trade in agricultural products is extended to Liechtenstein, as specified in the sectoral adaptations to Annex I to the EEA Agreement. This Decision is therefore not to apply to Liechtenstein. (4) Annex I to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 The following points are inserted after point 677 (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1254) of Chapter II of Annex I to the EEA Agreement: ‘678. 32025 R 1776: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1776 of 8 September 2025 concerning the authorisation of a preparation of Bifidobacterium longum CNCM I-5642 as a feed additive for dogs (holder of authorisation: Nestlé Enterprises S.A. – Division Nestlé Purina Petcare Europe represented in the EU by Centres de Recherche et Développement Nestlé S.A.S) (OJ L, 2025/1776, 9.9.2025). 679. 32025 R 1782: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1782 of 9 September 2025 concerning the authorisation of a preparation of chromium chelate of DL-methionine as a feed additive for salmonids (holder of authorisation: Zinpro Animal Nutrition Europe, Inc.) (OJ L, 2025/1782, 10.9.2025).’ Article 2 The texts of Implementing Regulations (EU) 2025/1776 and (EU) 2025/1782 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
