The decision entered into force on 9 May 2025, following notification under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement. The decision was published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.

THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98
thereof,
Whereas:
(1) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/2786 of 23 July 2024 amending Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 of the
European Parliament and of the Council as regards the Enterococcaceae and presuming conformity of EU fertilising
products without verification(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(2) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/2787 of 23 July 2024 amending Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 of the
European Parliament and of the Council as regards the inclusion of mulch films in Component Material Category
9(2)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(3) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/2790 of 23 July 2024 amending Annex II to Regulation
(EU) 2019/1009 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the polymers in Component Material
Category 1(3)is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.
(4) Annex II to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly,
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
The following indents are added in point 1 (Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 of the European Parliament and of the Council) of
Chapter XIV of Annex II to the EEA Agreement:

31.10.2024),
— 32024 R 2787: Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/2787 of 23 July 2024 (OJ L, 2024/2787,

— 32024 R 2790: Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/2790 of 23 July 2024 (OJ L, 2024/2790,
31.10.2024).’
Article 2
The texts of Delegated Regulations (EU) 2024/2786, (EU) 2024/2787 and (EU) 2024/2790 in the Icelandic and Norwegian
languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.

Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on 9 May 2025, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA
Agreement have been made(*).

This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European
Union.
