**Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No. 95/2025 of 8 May 2025 amending Annex VI (Social Security) to the EEA Agreement**

amending Annex VI (Social security) to the EEA Agreement, [2025/1383]
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98
thereof,
Whereas:
(1) Administrative Commission for the Coordination of Social Security Systems Decision No H14 of 21 June 2023
concerning the publication of the Guidance note on COVID-19 pandemic, the note on the interpretation of the
application of Title II of Regulation (EC) No 883/2004 and Articles 67 and 70 of Regulation (EC) No 987/2009
during the COVID -19 pandemic, the Guidance note on telework applicable for the period between 1 July 2022 and
30 June 2023 and the Guidance note on telework applicable from 1 July 2023(1)is to be incorporated into the EEA
Agreement.
(2) Annex VI to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly,
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
The following point is inserted after point 3.H13 (Decision No H13) of Annex VI to the EEA Agreement:
‘3.H14 32024 D 00594: Administrative Commission for the Coordination of Social Security Systems Decision No H14
of 21 June 2023 concerning the publication of the Guidance note on COVID-19 pandemic, the note on the
interpretation of the application of Title II of Regulation (EC) No 883/2004 and Articles 67 and 70 of Regulation
(EC) No 987/2009 during the COVID -19 pandemic, the Guidance note on telework applicable for the period
between 1 July 2022 and 30 June 2023 and the Guidance note on telework applicable from 1 July 2023 (OJ C,
C/2024/594, 11.1.2024).’
Article 2
The text of Decision No H14 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the
Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on 9 May 2025, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA
Agreement have been made(*).
