Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2025/907 15.5.2025 DECISION OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE EFTA STATESNo 1/2025/SC of 27 January 2025 on the approval of the Regulation on the implementation of the EEA Financial Mechanism 2021-2028 [2025/907] THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE EFTA STATES, Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (‘the EEA Agreement’), Having regard to Protocol 38d on the EEA Financial Mechanism (2021-2028) to the EEA Agreement, and in particular Article 9(4), Having regard to Decision of the Standing Committee of the EFTA States No 4/2004/SC of 3 June 2004 establishing a Financial Mechanism Committee, and in particular Article 2, Having regard to the Regulation on the implementation of the EEA Financial Mechanism 2021-2028, adopted by the Financial Mechanism Committee on 7 January 2025, and in particular Article 14.6, Having regard to the Memorandum from the Financial Mechanism Office regarding Confirmation of the Regulation on the implementation of the European Economic Area (EEA) Financial Mechanism 2021-2028 and its Annexes, dated 14 January 2025,

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1 Approval of the Regulation on the implementation of the EEA Financial Mechanism 2021-2028 The Standing Committee approves the Regulation on the implementation of the EEA Financial Mechanism 2021-2028.

Article 2 Publication This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.

Article 3 Entry into force and application This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
