States of America [2023/2436]
The extension of the Agreement for scientific and technological cooperation between the European Community and the
Government of the United States of America, signed on 5 December 1997(1)and renewed in 2004(2), 2009(3)2014(4)
and 2018(5), has, in accordance with Article 12(a) thereof, entered into force on 12 October 2023. The renewal of the
Agreement for a further period of 5 years, in accordance with Article 12(b) thereof, is effective as from 14 October 2023.
