Official Journal EN of the European Union L series 2026/113 14.1.2026 Information concerning the entry into force of the renewal of the Agreement for scientific and technological cooperation between the European Community and the Government of the Republic of India [2026/113] The renewal of the Agreement for scientific and technological cooperation between the European Community and the Government of the Republic of India, signed on 23 November 2001(1)and renewed in 2009(2), in 2015(3)and in 2020(4), has, in accordance with Article 11(b) thereof, entered into force on 27 November 2025. The renewal of the Agreement for a further period of 5 years, is effective as from 17 May 2025.
