This notice concerns the provisional application of the Agreement between the European Union and the Kingdom of Morocco on the amendment of Protocols 1 and 4 to the Euro-Mediterranean Agreement. The European Union and the Kingdom of Morocco have notified the completion of the procedures necessary for the provisional application of the agreement. Consequently, the Agreement applies provisionally as from 3 October 2025 between the European Union and the Kingdom of Morocco. The European Union and the Kingdom of Morocco have notified the completion of the procedures necessary for the
provisional application of the Agreement between the European Union and the Kingdom of Morocco on the amendment of
Protocols 1 and 4 to the Euro-Mediterranean Agreement establishing an association between the European Communities
