प्रशासकीय एवं वित्तीय स्वीकृति के क्रम में मुझे यह कहने का निदेश हुआ है कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 के अनुदान
संख्या-94 लेखा शीर्षक 470I-06-05-0-06-24 के अन्तर्गत उक्त परियोजना के कार्यों हेतु
प्राविधानित धनराशि रू0 97.54 लाख के सापेक्ष उपलब्ध अवशेष धनराशि से रू0 227.7] लाख (रुपये दो करोड़
सत्ताईस लाख इकहत्तर हजार मात्र) परियोजना के कार्यों हेतु अवमुक्त करने की श्री राज्यपाल सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान
करते हैं:-

() .. उक्त परियोजना हेतु अवमुक्त की जा रही धनराशि के सापेक्ष कराये जाने वाले कार्यों पर
नियमानुसार Seca चार्ज एवं लेबर सेस का भुगतान तथा व्यय प्रबन्धन एवं शासकीय व्यय में मितव्ययिता
के संबंध में वित्त विभाग द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी निर्देशों का विशेष रूप से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया
जाएगा। बजट मैनुअल के प्राविधानों के अनुसार व्यय का प्रमाण-पत्र एवं कार्य सम्पादन के अनुरूप
उपयोगिता प्रमाण पत्र शासन को समयान्तर्गत अनिवार्य रूप से उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। SFA सन्दर्भगत
शासनादेश द्वारा प्रश्तगत परियोजना हेतु निर्गत की गयी प्रशासकीय स्वीकृति में उल्लिखित प्रतिबन्ध
यथावत रहेंगे।
(2) Sed परियोजना मैं कराये जाने वाले कार्यों की गुणवत्ता एवं समय से पूर्ण कराया जाना सम्बन्धित
मुख्य अभियम्ता द्वारा सुनिश्चित किया जायेगा।
4- यह शासनादेश इलेक्ट्रानिकली जारी किया गया है, अत: इस पर हस्ताक्षर की आवश्यकता नही है |
