निदेश हुआ है कि उपर्युक्त पत्र द्वारा उपलब्ध कराये गये प्रस्ताव पर सम्यक विचारोपरान्त
इजरावाद WO-74/20i9 विनोद कुमार निषाद बनाम उ0प्र0 राज्य. एवं अन्य A AO
वाणिज्यिक न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद द्वारा पारित आदेश दिनांक 8.03.2025 एवं AIO उच्च
न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद द्वारा पारित आदेश दिनांक 05.09.2024 के अनुपालन में AIO
वार्णिज्यिक न्यायात्रय, प्रयागराज के खाते में धनराशि जमा करने हेतु BO 67,85,0I8/-
(रूपये सरसठ लाख पच्चासी हजार अट्ठारह मात्र) का आवंटन डिक्रीटल मद से किये जाने की
एतदद्वारा श्री राज्यपात्र सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं।
नियम व शर्ते /प्रतिबन्धों
(i) सम्बन्धित जनपद के जिलाधिकारी /अधिशासी अभियन्ता, निर्माण खण्ड-4 (कु0मे0),
लोक निर्माण विभाग, प्रयागराज द्वारा अंतिम रूप से भुगतान करने से पूर्व यह
सुनिश्चित कर लिया जायेगा कि किसी अन्य योजना/मद से धनराशि का भुगतान पूर्व
में याची को नहीं हुआ है।
(2) इस संबंध में होने वाला व्यय Vas 67,85,0i8 (रुपये सड़सठ लाख पचासी हजार
HONS मात्र) को del वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 के आय-व्ययक A अनुदान संख्या 058
लेखा शीर्षक 505480800030। न्यायालयों की डिक्री की धनराशियों के भुगतान हेतु
व्यवस्था मानक मद 24 वृहत् निर्माण कार्य (भारित) के नामे डाला जायेगा।
4- यह शासनादेश इलेक्ट्रानिकली जारी किया गया है, अत: इस पर हस्ताक्षर की आवश्यकता नही है |
