मुझे यह कहने का ननदेश हुआ है कक उपयुक्तग पत् द्वारा उपलब्ि कराये गये प्रस्ताव पर
सम्यक पविारोपरान्त मा0 न्य ायालय मोटर दर्ु गटना दावा अनिकरि, आजमगढ में दाणखल
वाद संख् या-322/2017 हररलाल ननषाद एवं कौनशल् या देवी पत् नी हरीलाल ननषाद (मतृ क)
बनाम अनिशासी अनियन् ता, पव0/यॉ0 खण्ड , लोक ननमागि पविाग, गोरखपुर एवं अन् य में
पाररत आदेश कदनांक 29.08.2025 के अनुपालन में िनरानश रू0 13,23,993/-(तेरह लाख
तेईस हजार नौ सौ नतरानवे मात्) का आवंटन कडक्रीटल मद से ककये जाने की एतदद्वारा श्री
राज्यपाल सहष ग स्वीकृनत प्रदान करते हैं।
नियम व शर्त/े प्रनर्तबन्ध
(1) सम्बणन्ित जनपद के णजलानिकारी/अनिशासी अनियन्ता, पव0/यॉ0 खण्ड, लोक
ननमागि पविाग, गोरखपुर द्वारा अंनतम रूप से िगु तान करन े से पूव ग यह सनु नणित कर
नलया जायेगा कक ककसी अन्य योजना/मद से िनरानश का िुगतान पूव ग में यािी को
नहीं हुआ है एवं वास् तपवक िुगतान की नतनि तक ही गिना करके ननयमानुसार देय
िनरानश का िुगतान ककया जाये।
(2) इस संबंि में होने वाला व्यय रुपये 13,23,993/-(तेरह लाख तईे स हजार नौ सौ
नतरानवे मात्) को िालू पवत्तीय वष ग 2024-2025 के आय-व्ययक मे अनुदान संख्या
1- यह शासनादेश इलेक्ट्राननकली जारी ककया गया है, अत: इस पर हस्त ाक्षर की आवश्य कता नही है ।
2- इस शासनादेश की प्रमाणिकता वबे साइट http://shasanadesh.up.gov.in से सत्य ापपत की जा सकती है ।058 लेखा शीषकग 5054808000301 न्यायालयों की कडक्री की िनरानशयों के िुगतान
हेतु व्यवस्िा मानक मद 24 वहृ त ् ननमागि काय ग (िाररत) के नामे डाला जायेगा।
(3) यह आदेश पवत्त (आय-व्ययक) अनुिाग-1 के कायागलय ज्ञाप संख्या-6/2025/बी-1-
