स्वीकृति के क्रम में मुझे यह कहने का निदेश हुआ है कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 के अनुदान संख्या-94 लेखा शीर्षक
4700-08-05-0-4-24 के अन्तर्गत उक्त परियोजना के कार्यो हेतु प्राविधानित सम्पूर्ण धनराशि रू0 250.00 लाख

() .. उक्त परियोजना हेतु अवमुक्क्त की जा रही धनराशि के सापेक्ष कराये जाने वाले कार्यों पर नियमानुसार
सेन्टेज चार्ज एवं लेबर सेस का भुगतान तथा व्यय प्रबन्धन एवं शासकीय व्यय में मितव्ययिता के संबंध में वित्त
विभाग द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी निर्देशों का विशेष रूप से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा। बजट मैनुअल
के प्राविधानों के अनुसार व्यय का प्रमाण-पत्र एवं कार्य सम्पादन के अनुरूप उपयोगिता प्रमाण पत्र शासन को
समयान्तर्गत अनिवार्य रूप से उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। उक्त सन्दर्भगत शासनादेश द्वारा VLA परियोजना
हेतु निर्गत की गयी प्रशासकीय स्वीकृति में उल्लिखित प्रतिबन्ध यथावत रहेंगे।
(2) उक्त परियोजना में कराये जाने वाले कार्यों की गुणवत्ता एवं समय से पूर्ण कराया जाना सम्बन्धित
मुख्य अभियन्ता द्वारा सुनिश्चित किया जायेगा।
2- इस संबंध में होने वाला व्यय रुपये 2,50,00,000 (रुपये दो करोड़ पचास लाख मात्र) को चालू वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-
26 के आय-व्ययक मे अनुदान संख्या 094 लेखा शीर्षक 4700080504 सम्बद्ध कार्य मानक मद 24 वृहत्
निर्माण कार्य के नामे डाला जायेगा।
