2. The approved fund should be spent only for the purpose for which it is approved.
3. The fund withdrawal should be done per the applicable rules with approval from the competent authority and must adhere to the guidelines issued in Office Memorandum of Finance Expenditure Section-1 dated 07.06.2022 and other relevant government orders.
4. The approved fund should be withdrawn from the treasury based on immediate requirement only.
5. The approved fund should be withdrawn as per one month's requirement.
6. Expenditure must be done in accordance with the government orders issued by the Finance Department from time to time.
7. Under no circumstances, the amount should be withdrawn in advance and kept in any bank/other account.
8. Invest UP will maintain the accounts of the approved fund.
The expenditure will be charged to Grant Number 007, Account Head 2852801020300 "Invest-UP", Standard Item 20, Assistance Grant-General (Non-Salary) for the financial year 2022-23.

2. इस सम्बन्ध मैं मुझे यह कहने का निदेश हुआ है कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-23 के

स्वीकृति प्रदान करने हैं:-

. उक्त धनराशि को आहरित कर इन्वेस्ट यू0पी0 को उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। जिसका
उपयोगिता प्रमाण पत्र निर्धारित प्रारूप पर मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी, इन्वेस्ट
यू0पी0 द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित कर आयुक्त एवं निदेशक, उद्योग कानपुर के माध्यम से
महालेखाकार उ0प्र0 तथा वित्त विभाग उ0प्र0 शासन एवं समस्त संबंधित को
समयान्तर्गत उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।
2. स्वीकृत धनराशि का व्यय केवल उसी मद मैं किया जाएगा जिसके लिए स्वीकृत
किया गया है।

शासनादेशों द्वारा जारी दिशा-निर्देशों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।
4. स्वीकृत धनराशि का आहरण राजकोष से तात्कालिक आवश्यकता के आधार पर ही
किया जाएगा।
5. स्वीकृत धनराशि का आहरण एक माह की आवश्यकतानुसार किया जाएगा।
6. स्वीकृत धनराशि का व्यय वित्त विभाग द्वारा समय-समय पर निर्गत शासनादेशों की
शर्तों/प्रतिबन्धों के अधीन किया जाएगा।
7. किसी परिस्थिति में धनराशि को पूर्व से आहरित करके एकमुश्त बैंक अन्य किसी
खाते में नही रखा जाएगा।
8. स्वीकृत धनराशि का लेखा-जोखा इन्वेस्ट यू0पी0 द्वारा रखा जाएगा
