तालिका के स्तम्भ-6 A दर्शाई गई धनराशि पिकप can उपलब्ध कराये गए उक्त लाभार्थी कंपनी
के बैंक खाते में सीधे अन्तरित की जाएगी।
५० तालिका के स्तम्भ-5 में दर्शाई गई धनराशि Waa के बैंक खाते में अंतरित की जाएगी।
स्वीकृत धनराशि का आहरण राजकोष से तात्कालिक आवश्यकता के आधार पर ही किया जाएगा।
उक्त धनराशि का लेखा-जोखा पिकप द्वारा रखा जाएगा।
किसी परिस्थति में धनराशि को पूर्व में आहरित करके एकमुश्त बैंक खाते/अन्य किसी खातें में नहीं
रखा जाएगा।
7. स्वीकृत धनराशि का व्यय केवल उसी मद A किया जाएगा, जिसके लिए स्वीकृत किया गया है।
स्वीकृत धनराशि को व्यय किए जाने से पूर्व वित्त (आय-व्ययक) अनुभाग-। के कार्यालय ज्ञाप
दिनांक 04.03.2024 एवं अन्य सुसंगत शासनादेशों द्वारा जारी दिशा-निर्देशों का पूर्णतया अनुपालन
सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।
धनराशि वितरण के उपरान्त वितरण A सम्बन्धित सभी आवश्यक विवरण साक्ष्य सहित
संयुक्त/अपर आयुक्त उद्योग, लखनऊ मण्डल लखनऊ द्वारा पिकप को उपलब्ध कराए जायेंगे।
