This document, dated March 6, 2024, from the Industrial Development Section-6, Lucknow, grants financial approval of ₹5.00 crore to Invest UP. 2. The funds can only be used for the purpose for which they are approved.
3. The funds can only be withdrawn after obtaining necessary approvals and following the instructions issued by the Finance Expenditure Budget Section-I's office memorandum dated 17.03.2023 and other relevant government orders.
4. Withdrawal from the treasury is subject to completing all formalities based on immediate needs.
5. The sanctioned amount must be withdrawn as per requirement for one month.
6. Expenditure of the sanctioned amount will be under the norms of conditions/restrictions issued by the finance department.
7. Under no circumstances the amount can be pre-drawn and kept in bank/other accounts.
8. Account of sanctioned amount must be kept by Invest UP.
9. Invest UP will be solely responsible for any discrepancies.
Expenditure of ₹5,00,00,000.00 (Rupees Five Crore Only) will be debited to Grant No. 007, Head of Account 285280020300 "Invest-UP", Standard Item 20 Assistance Grant-General (Non-Salary), in the current financial year 2023-2024.
This order, generated by computer number E-6-285-X-2023-24 dated 16.03.2024, is being issued with the consent of the Finance Department.

उपयोगिता प्रमाण पत्र निर्धारित प्रारूप पर मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी, इन्वेस्ट यू0पी0
द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित कर आयुक्त एवं निदेशक, उद्योग लखनऊ के माध्यम से महालेखाकार
उ0प्र0 तथा वित्त विभाग उ0प्र0 शासन एवं समस्त संबंधितों को तत्काल उपलब्ध कराया
जाएगा।
2. स्वीकृत धनराशि का व्यय केवल उसी मद में किया जाएगा जिसके लिए स्वीकृत किया गया
है।
3. धनराशि का आहरण नियमानुसार सक्षम स्तर के अनुमोदनोपरान्त किया जाएगा एवं वित्त
आय-व्ययक अनुभाग-। के कार्यालय AY दिनांक 7.03.2023 एवं अन्य संगत शासनादेशों
द्वारा जारी निर्देशों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।
4. स्वीकृत धनराशि का आहरण राजकोष से तात्कालिक आवश्यकता के आधार पर ही समस्त
औपचारिकताएं पूर्ण होने के उपरान्त किया जाएगा।

6. स्वीकृत धनराशि का व्यय वित्त विभाग दूवारा समय-समय पर निर्गत शासनादेशों की
शर्तो/प्रतिबन्धों के अधीन किया जाएगा।
~. किसी परिस्थिति मे धनराशि को पूर्व आहरित करके एकमुश्त बैंक/अन्य किसी खाते में नहीं
रखा जाएगा।
Oo. स्वीकृत धनराशि का लेखा-जोखा इन्वेस्ट यू0पी0 GaN रखा जाएगा।
. किसी भी अनियमितता के लिए इन्वेस्ट यू0पी0 उत्तरदायी होगा।
3- इस संबंध में होने वाला व्यय रुपये 5,00,00,000 (रुपये पाँच करोड़ मात्र) को चालू वित्तीय
वर्ष 2023-2024 के आय-व्ययक मे अनुदान संख्या-007 लेखा शीर्षक 285280020300 "इन्वेस्ट-
