L. इस धनराशि को आहरित करने हेतु नियमानुसार महाप्रबन्धक, इटप, लखनऊ द्वारा बिल बनाया जायेगा
और संयुक्त निदेशक, उद्योग, मध्य क्षेत्र, लखनऊ को प्रतिहस्ताक्षरित करने हेतु प्रस्तुत किया जायेगा।
2. इस संस्थान के कर्मियों के वेतन हेतु नियमानुसार तत्काल भुगतान की कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जाएगी एवं
स्वीकृत धनराशि के सदुपयोग की सूचना शासन के वित्त विभाग को यथाशीघ्र उपलब्ध करायी जायेगी।
3. स्वीकृत की जा रही धनराशि व्यय किये जाने के पूर्व वित्त (आय-व्ययक) अनु0-, उ 0 प्र 0 शासन के

77.03.2023 में जारी निर्देशों का पूर्णतया अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जायेगा और स्वीकृत धनराशि की
