* **For allottees with lease deeds executed between March 22, 2020, and March 21, 2021:** The permitted occupancy date will be determined by adding the period between the lease deed execution date and March 21, 2021, to the original date.
* No additional free time extension will be allowed for lease deeds executed after March 21, 2021, due to COVID-19.
* All allottees will be eligible for a one-year free extension.
* If any allottee has already obtained an occupancy certificate by paying extension fees for the period between March 22, 2020, and March 21, 2021, or if an occupancy certificate is pending issuance after payment of fees, these cases will not be reopened, and the paid amount will not be refunded.
* The time extension will be subject to the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development (Amendment) Ordinance, 2022, notification number 15/79-Vi-01-22-02-Ka-03-2022, dated January 7, 2022, issued by the Legislative Section-01 of the Government of Uttar Pradesh.

महोदय,
उपर्युक्त विषयक कोविड महामारी के दृष्टिगत सभी प्रकार की
परियोजनाओं में बिना शुल्क समय विस्तारण के संबंध में निर्गत शासनादेश
संख्या-887 / 77-4-20-442एन. / 08टी.सी, दिनांक 02.07.2020 के कम में
मुझे यह कहने का निदेश हुआ है कि कोविड महामारी के लम्बी अवधि तक बने
रहने के दृष्टिगत सभी औद्योगिक विकास प्राधिकरणों के अन्तर्गत सभी
परियोजनाओं ,/ परिसंपत्तियों के सम्बन्ध में विकासकर्ताओं /“आवंटियों को अधिभोग
हेतु पूर्व में प्रदत्त 06 माह के बिना शुल्क समय विस्तारण के अतिरिक्त 06 माह
का और निःशुल्क समय विस्तारण निम्नवत् प्रदान किए जाने का निर्णय लिया
गया हैः
(i) जिन आवंटियों की लीज Sts का निष्पादन लॉकडाऊन प्रारम्भ होने की
तिथि दिनांक 22.03.2020 के पूर्व हुआ है तथा उन्हें दिनांक 22.03.2020
से 2.03.202। के बीच की अवधि के लिए अधिभोग हेतु अनुमन्य अवधि
में समय विस्तारण विचारणीय है, तो उन्हें उक्त अवधि का समय
विस्तारण निःशुल्क अनुमन्य होगा।
(i) जिन आवंटियों की लीज Sts का निष्पादन दिनांक 22.03.2020 के पूर्व
हुआ है तथा उन्हें अधिभोग हेतु अनुमन्यता की तिथि दिनांक
2.03.202। के उपरान्त समाप्त हो रही है, तो उनकी अधिभोग हेतु
agra तिथि को पूर्व में कोविड महामारी के दृष्टिगत अनुमन्य 06 माह
की निःशुल्क समयावधि को जोड़ कर कुल एक वर्ष के लिए बिना शुल्क
विस्तारित कर दिया जाएगा।
(ii) जिन आवंटियों की लीज Se का निष्पादन दिनांक 22.03.2020 से
2.03.202। के बीच हुआ है उन्हें अनुमन्य अधिभोग की अंतिम तिथि में
लीज Sts के निष्पादन की तिथि से दिनांक 2.03.202। के बीच कीअंतर अवधि जोड़ते हुए अधिभोग हेतु अनुमन्यता की तिथि निर्धारित की
जाएगी | ्
(iv) दिनांक 24.03.202। के उपरान्त हुए लीज Sts में कोविड के आधार पर
कोई अतिरिक्त निःशुल्क समयावधि अधिभोग हेतु अनुमन्य नहीं होगी ।
(५४) उपरोक्तानुसार एक वर्ष निःशुल्क समय विस्तारण का लाभ सभी प्रकार के
आवंटियों को अनुमन्य किया जाएगा।
(vi) यदि fei आवंटियों द्वारा उपरोक्त अवधि (दिनांक 22.03.2020 से
2.03.2027) के बीच की अवधि का समय विस्तारण शुल्क जमा कराकर
अधिभोग प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत करा लिया गया है अथवा शुल्क जमा कराने
के उपरान्त अधिभोग प्रमाण पत्र निर्गमन हेतु लम्बित है, तो ऐसे प्रकरणों
को yadeufed नहीं किया जाएगा और न ही जमा धनराशि को
प्रतिदेय (Refund) किया जाएगा।
(vii) उपरोक्त समय विस्तार उत्तर प्रदेश शासन के विधायी अनुभाग-0+ द्वारा
जारी उत्तर प्रदेश औद्योगिक क्षेत्र विकास (संशोधन) अध्यादेश, 2022
अधि सूचना संख्या-45/79-वि-0-22-02-क-03-2022, दिनांक
07.0.2022 के प्राविधानों के अन्तर्गत ही अनुमन्य होगा |
2. .... कृपया शासन द्वारा लिये गये उपरोक्त निर्णय का क्ियान्वयन सुनिश्चित
कराने का कष्ट करें। इस सम्बन्ध में राज्य सरकार द्वारा कोई वित्तीय
व्यय-भार वहन नहीं किया जायेगा और न ही कोई देयता सृजित होगी।
