S.O. 2524(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and Sub-section
3(a) of Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide Gazette notifications
No. S.O. 1082(E) dated 06.04.2017 had allowed relaxation to M/s Agarwal’s Carriers Corporation of India,
Mumbai for side by side coupling of hydraulic axles for transportation of one “TG Stator” from BHEL,
Haridwar to Kothagudem TPS ST-VII, Paloncha, Khamman Distt. Telengana Andhra Pradesh by road. In
para 5 (i) of the above Notification, the specific route of the transportation of TG Stator may be read as :
