This is a "Shuddhi-Patra" (rectification) to Government Order number 09/2021/249/77-6-2021-4(Budget)17TC dated March 4, 2021, regarding the financial approval of interest-free loans for 5 eligible units under the Industrial Investment Promotion Scheme-2012, totaling ₹480.26 lakh.
The rectification addresses a typographical error in the GO. The loan amount approved for M/s Vihaan Board Pvt. Ltd., Moradabad (financial year 2013-14), listed at serial number 1 in the table of the mentioned GO, was incorrectly printed as ₹27.33 lakh instead of the correct amount of ₹27.23 lakh.
The corrected amount of ₹27.23 lakh should be read in the referred GO. All other terms and conditions of the original GO remain unchanged.
