* The funds are at the disposal of the Director, Directorate of Museums U.P. Therefore, the responsibility for the availability of funds relative to the budget provision will be with the Directorate of Museums U.P. The order of financial sanction will be issued by the Directorate of Museums U.P. only in the event of availability of the remaining funds relative to the budget provision.
* All financial rules will be followed to ensure compliance with all current and effective government orders regarding austerity issued by the Finance Department from time to time in spending the money.

लाख की प्रशासकीय एवं नवत्तीय स्वीकृ नत प्रदान नकये जाने का अनुरोध नकया गया है:-

2. इस संबंध में मुझे यह कहने का ननदेश हुआ है नक प्रस्तावानुसार प्रािीन इनतहास, पुरातत्व एवं संस्कृ नत
नवभाग, गोरखपुर नवश्वनवद्यालय, गोरखपुर के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में पुरातत्व एवं सानहत्य के आलोक में भारतीय
ज्ञान परम्परा नवषयक दो नदवसीय राष्ट्रीय संगोष्ठी के आयोजन हेतु रू02.00 लाख(रूपयेिोलाखमात्र)की
प्रशासकीय एवं नवत्तीय स्वीकृ नत प्रदान करते हुए ननम् ननलखखत शतों/ प्रनतबन धो ंके अधीन धनरानश अवमुक् त करने
की अनुमनत श्री राज् यपाल सहषु प्रदान करते है:-
(1) स्वीकृ त धनरानश के आहरि/ व्यय एवं अन्य कायुवानहयो ं में नवत् त (आय-व् ययक) अनुभाग-1 के
कायाुलय- ज्ञाप संख् या-6/2025/बी-1-352/दस-2025-231/2025 नदनांक 27 मािु, 2025 में नदये
गये नदशा ननदेशो ंका पूिु अनुपालन सुनननच त नकया जायेगा।
(2) ननदेशक, उ0प्र0 संग्रहालय ननदेशालय, लखनऊ द्वारा सुनननचत नकया जायेगा नक यह कायु न तो पूवु
में नकसी अन य योजना/कायुक्रम के अन तगुत स् वीकृ त है और न वतुमान में नकसी अनय योजना/
कायुक्रम से आच्छानदत नकया जाना प्रस्तानवत है।
(3) उक्त स्वीकृ त धनरानश का भुगतान वास्तनवक नबल/ बाउिसु के आधार पर नकया जायेगा।
1- यह शासनादेश इलेक्ट्राननकली जारी नकया गया है, अत: इस पर हस् ताक्षर की आवश् यकता नही है ।
2- इस शासनादेश की प्रमानिकता वेब साइट https://shasanadesh.up.gov.in से सत् यानपत की जा सकती है ।(4) समस्त कायों का भौनतक सत्यापन कर ननधाुररत मानको ं का अनुपालन करते हुए ननयमानुसार
भुगतान की कायुवाही सुनननचत की जायेगी।
(5) उक्त स्वीकृ त धनरानश का आहरि/उपयोग ननयमानुसार नकया जायेगा।
(6) उक् त स् वीकृ नत इस प्रनतबंध के अधीन है नक उपरोक् त स् वीकृ त धनरानश आवंनटत मदो ं पर व् यय की
जायेगी, व् यय की अन य मदो ंहेतु कदानप उपयोग नही ंनकया जायेगा।
(7) संबंनधत संस्था / वक्ताओ/ं प्रनतभानगयो ं आनद द्वारा उपलब्ध कराये गये नबल बाउिर के
परीक्षिोपरान्त स्वीकृ त धनरानश का समयान्तगुत भुगतान कराने की कायुवाही उ0प्र0 संग्रहालय
ननदेशालय द्वारा कराते हुए यिाशीघ्र शासन को सूनित नकया जायेगा।
(8) उक्त धनरानश ननदेशक, उ0प्र0 संग्रहालय ननदेशालय के ननवतुन पर है, अत: बजट प्रानवधान के
सापेक्ष धनरानश की उपलब्ध ता का दानयत् व उ0प्र0 संग्रहालय ननदेशालय का होगा। नवत् तीय स् वीकृ नत
का आदेश उ0प्र0 संग्रहालय ननदेशालय द्वारा बजट प्रानवधान के सापेक्ष अवशेष धनरानश की
उपलब्ध ता की खस्थनत में ही ननगुत नकया जायेगा।
(9) धनरानश व्यय करने में समस्त नवत्तीय ननयमो ं का पालन सुनननच त नकया जायेगा। उक्त धनरानश को
व्यय नकये जाने में नवत्त नवभाग द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी एवं वतुमान में प्रभावी नमतव्यनयता संबंधी
शासनादेशो ंका कडाई से अनुपालन सुनननचत नकया जायेगा।
3. उक्त व् यय िालू नवत् तीय वषु 2025-26 के आय-व् ययक के अनुदान संख् या- 92 के अन तगुत लेखाशीषुक
2205-कला एवं संस् कृ नत-आयोजनेत् तर-107-संग्रहालय -03-अनधष्ठ ान -42- अन्य व्यय मद (उ0प्र0 संग्रहालय
ननदेशालय) में उपलब्ध धनरानश से नकया जायेगा।
4. यह आदेश नवत् त (आय-व् ययक) अनुभाग-1 के कायाुलय- ज्ञाप संख् या-6/2025/बी-1-352/दस-2025-
