On April 10, 2019, Jai Prakash, Deputy Secretary of the Uttar Pradesh Government, issued an order (Reference Number: 2/2019/615/77-1-2019-9(रिट)/ 2004) from Lucknow to the Joint Director of Industries in the Lucknow Division. The subject of the order concerns the allocation and approval of funds for expenses related to the advocacy and payment of fees for advocates in writ petitions, lawsuits, contempt proceedings, etc., related to companies and corporations under the control of Industrial Development Section-1, Uttar Pradesh Government, for the current fiscal year 2019-20.
A sum of ₹60,00,000.00 (Sixty Lakh Rupees only) is allocated and approved for the arrangement of expenses related to the advocacy and payment of fees for advocates in writ petitions, lawsuits, contempt proceedings, etc., related to companies and corporations under the control of Industrial Development Section-1, Uttar Pradesh Government, following the instructions issued in Office Memorandum Number 1/2019/B-1-170/Das-2019-231/2019, dated March 22, 2019, of Finance (Income-Expenditure) Section-1, Uttar Pradesh Government. The Deputy Secretary authorizes the Joint Director to withdraw the allocated funds upon demand by the competent authority, Industrial Development Section-1, Uttar Pradesh Government, and ensure timely availability.
The order specifies that the approved funds should be used solely for the designated purpose, and a utilization certificate must be submitted to the Accountant General, Uttar Pradesh, and the Finance Department, Uttar Pradesh Government, within the stipulated timeframe. Strict compliance with the guidelines issued in Office Memorandum Number 1/2019/B-1-170/Das-2019-231/2019, dated March 22, 2019, of Finance (Income-Expenditure) Section-1, Uttar Pradesh Government, is mandatory for the expenditure of the approved funds by the authorized officer. The expenditure should be recorded under Grant Number 007, Industries Department (Heavy and Medium Industries), Accounting Head "2852-Industry-80-General-800-Other Expenditure-06-Payments for Advocacy of Cases in Courts-16-Payments for Professional and Special Services" in the income-expenditure for the financial year 2019-20.

234/ 209, दिनांक 22.03.209 में जारी निदेशों के अनुसरण में औद्योगक विकास अनुभाग-१,
3000 शासन के नियंत्रणाधीन कम्पनियों, निगमों आदि से सम्बन्धित Re याचिकाओं, वादों,
अवमाननावादों आदि की पैरवी एवं अधिवक्ताओं की फीस के भुगतान, वादों की पैरवी में निहित व्यय
की व्यवस्था हेतु BO BO 60,00,000.00 (साठ लाख रूपये मात्र) की धनराशि का आबंटन/ स्वीकृति
इस शर्त के साथ प्रदान करते हैं तथा आपको प्राधिकृत करते हैं कि आबंटित धनराशि सक्षम
प्राधिकारी औद्योगिक विकास अलुभाग-।, उ0प्र0 शासन की मांग पर आहरित कर यथासमय उपलब्ध
कराने की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करेंगे।
