The government has approved the selection of Bayview Projects LLP (a consortium of Bayview Project LLP as lead member with Consortium Member No-1 Parmesh Construction Company Ltd and Consortium Member No-2 Noida Cyber Park Pvt. Ltd.) as the highest (H1) bidder for the construction of the International Film City (Phase-1). This decision follows recommendations from the PPP Bid Evaluation Committee (PPPBEC) meeting on January 30, 2024, and the Committee of Secretaries meeting on February 5, 2024. The selection is based on a bid value of 18 percent gross revenue share. The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority is authorized to issue the Letter of Award (LoA).
