8. The utilization certificate for the amount must be signed by the Chief Executive Officer of Invest UP and submitted to the Commissioner and Director of Industries.
9. Invest UP must verify the accuracy of the data before releasing the funds.
10. Invest UP will be responsible for any financial irregularities.
The expenditure will be charged to budget grant number 007, ledger head 2852808003400, World Economic Forum Meeting, standard item 42, other expenses, for the financial year 2024-2025.

महोदय,
कृपया उपर्युक्त विषयक इन्वेस्ट यूपी के पत्र संख्या-36/बजट/2024-25, दिनांक
06.02.2025 (छायाप्रति संलगुन) का संदर्भ ग्रहण करने का कष्ट करें, जिसके द्वारा चालू
वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के बजट में 'विश्व आर्थिक फोरम की dom’ मद में प्राविधानित
धनराशि रू. 70,00,00,000.00 (रूपये दस करोड़ मात्र) की वित्तीय स्वीकृति निर्गत किये
जाने का अनुरोध किया गया है।
2- अत: इस सम्बन्ध मैं मुझे यह कहने का निदेश हुआ है कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25
के आय-व्ययक में चालू वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के बजट में अनुदान संख्या -7 के लेखा-शीर्ष
2852- उद्योग, 80-सामान्य, 800-अन्य व्यय, 34- 'विश्व आर्थिक फोरम की बैठक' -42
अन्य व्यय के अंतर्गत प्राविधानित धनराशि रू. 70,00,00,000.00 (रूपये दस करोड़ मात्र)
आपके निवर्तन पर रखे जाने हेतु निम्नलिखित शर्तों एवं प्रतिबन्धों के अधीन एतद्द्वारा श्री
राज्यपाल उक्त धनराशि की वित्तीय स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं:-

I. स्वीकृत धनराशि sate यू0पी0 को अन्तरित की जाएगी।
2. स्वीकृत धनराशि का आहरण राजकोष से तात्कालिक आवश्यकता के आधार पर ही
किया जाएगा।
3. उक्त धनराशि का लेखा-जोखा इन्वेस्ट यू0पी0 दूवारा रखा जाएगा।
4. किसी परिस्थति में धनराशि को पूर्व मैं आहरित करके एकमुश्त बैंक खाते/अन्य किसी
खातें में नहीं रखा जाएगा।

6. स्वीकृत धनराशि को व्यय किए जाने से पूर्व वित्त (आय-व्ययक) अनुभाग-। के
कार्यालय AT दिनांक 04.03.2024 एवं अन्य सुसंगत शासनादेशों द्वारा जारी दिशा-
निर्देशों का पूर्णतया अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।
7. धनराशि वितरण के उपरान्त वितरण से संबंधित सभी आवश्यक विवरण साक्ष्य सहित
संयुक्त/अपर आयुक्त उद्योग, लखनऊ मण्डल लखनऊ दूवारा इन्वेस्ट यू0पी0 को
उपलब्ध कराए जायेंगे।
8. उक्त धनराशि का उपयोगिता प्रमाण पत्र मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी, इन्वेस्ट यू0पी0
द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित कर आयुक्त एवं निदेशक उद्योग के माध्यम से समस्त संबंधितो
को तत्काल उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।
9. धनराशि अवमुक्त करने के पूर्व इन्वेस्ट यू0पी0 आंकड़ों की शुदूधता का परीक्षण कर
संतुष्ट हो लेंगे।
0.किसी भी वित्तीय अनियिमतता के लिए इन्वेस्ट यू0पी0 उत्तरदायी होगा।
