3. स्वीकृ त धनरािश का व्यय िवत्तीय हस्तपु(cid:304)(cid:721)काओ ं के सुसंगत (cid:366)ािवधानो ं एवं समय-समय पर
शासन (cid:554)ारा िनग(cid:330)त शासनादेशो ंके अनु(cid:349)प िकया जायेगा।

19.05.2023 का अनुपालन सुिन(cid:686)त िकया जायेगा।
10. (cid:366)ायोजना म(cid:336) कोई उ(cid:671)ेखनीय प(cid:303)रवत(cid:330)न जैसे-नये काय(cid:330) बढ़ाना, (cid:366)स्तािवत काय(cid:344) के आकार म(cid:336)
वृ(cid:304)(cid:544) एवं अन्य उच्च िविशि(cid:700)यॉ इस्तेमाल करना इत्यािद, स(cid:407)म स्तर का पूव(cid:330) अनुमोदन (cid:366)ाप्त
