NOTIFFICATION
In exercise of tthe powers cconferred byy clauses (2) and (3) of AArticle 166 oof Constitutioon of
IIndia, the GGovernor of KKarnataka heereby makess the followiing rules furrther to amennd the Karnaataka
GGovernmentt (Allocationn of Business) Rules,19777, namely:-
1. Title annd Commenncement. - 1) These rules may be called thhe Karnatakka Government
(Allocation of Business)) (Amendmeent) Rules, 22020.
2) Theyy shall come into force frrom the datee of their pubblication in thhe Official GGazette.
22. Amendmment of Scheedule XXIV,, - In the Kaarnataka Govvernment (Allocation of Business) RRules,
1977, in schhedule XXIVV,-
(i) for the heeading “INFFORMATIOON TECHNNOLOGY, BBIO-TECHNNOLOGY AAND SCIENNCE
AAND TECHHNOLOGYY DEPARTTMENT”, tthe heading “ELECTRRONICS, INNFORMATTION
TTECHNOLLOGY, BBIO-TECHNNOLOGY AND SSCIENCE AND TTECHNOLOOGY
DDEPARTMMENT”, shalll be substituuted;
(ii) under the sub-heaading “D. CODES AAND MANNUALS”, foor the wordds “Information
TTechnology and Bio-Teechnology DDepartment”,, the words ““Electroniccs, Informattion Technoology
BBio-Technoology and Sccience and TTechnology Departmennt”, shall be substituted; and

(iii) under the sub-heading “E.RECRUITMENT RULES AND APPOINTMENTS”, for the
words” Information Technology and Bio-Technology Department”, the words “Electronics,

ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ
ಭಾರತದ ಸಂ(cid:315)ಧಾನದ 166ನೇ ಅನುಚೆಚ್ೕದದ ಕಲಮು (2) ಮತು ತ್ (3) ರಿಂದ ಪರ್ದತತ್ವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಗಳನುನ್ ಚಲಾಯಿ(cid:318),
ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ರಾಜಯ್ಪಾಲರು, ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ಸಕಾರ್ರ (ವಯ್ವಹಾರ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1977 ಇದಕೆಕ್ ಮತತ್ಷುಟ್ ತಿದುಪದ್ ಡಿ ಮಾಡಲು
ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ನಿಯಮಗಳನುನ್ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ರಚಿ(cid:318)ದಾದ್ರೆ. ಎಂದರೆ,-
1. (cid:316)ೕ(cid:317)ರ್ಕೆ ಮತು ತ್ಪಾರ್ರಂಭ:- 1) ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳನುನ್ ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ಸಕಾರ್ರ (ವಯ್ವಹಾರ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ) (ತಿದುಪದ್ ಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 2020
ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯತಕಕ್ದುದ್.
2) ಇವುಗಳು, ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ರಾಜಯ್ಪತರ್ದ(cid:313) ಲ್ ಪರ್ಕಟವಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರತಕಕ್ದುದ್.
2. ಅನುಸೂಚಿ XXIVಕೆಕ್ ತಿದುದ್ಪಡಿ:- ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ಸಕಾರ್ರ (ವಯ್ವಹಾರ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು,1977ರಅನುಸೂಚಿ XXIVರ(cid:313)ಲ್
i). “ಮಾ(cid:319)ತಿ ತಂತರ್(cid:272)ಾನ, ಜೈ(cid:315)ಕ ತಂತರ್(cid:272)ಾನ ಹಾಗೂ (cid:315)(cid:272)ಾನ ಮತು ತ್ ತಂತರ್(cid:272)ಾನ ಇಲಾಖೆ” (cid:316)ೕ(cid:317)ರ್ಕೆಯ ಬದಲಾಗಿ
“(cid:315)ದುಯ್ನಾಮ್ನ, ಮಾ(cid:319)ತಿ ತಂತರ್(cid:272)ಾನ, ಜೈ(cid:315)ಕ ತಂತರ್(cid:272)ಾನ ಹಾಗೂ (cid:315)(cid:272)ಾನ ಮತುತ್ ತಂತರ್(cid:272)ಾನ ಇಲಾಖೆ”, ಎಂಬ ಪದಗಳನುನ್
ಪರ್ತಿಸಾಪಿಥ್ ತಕಕ್ದು;ದ್
ii). ಡಿ.ಸಂ(cid:319)ತೆಗಳು ಮತುತ್ ಕೈಪಿಡಿಗಳು ಎಂಬ ಉಪ (cid:316)ೕ(cid:317)ರ್ಕೆಯಡಿಯ(cid:313)"ಲ್ ಮಾ(cid:319)ತಿ ತಂತರ್(cid:272)ಾನ, ಜೈ(cid:315)ಕ ತಂತರ್(cid:272)ಾನ
